Daily limits reset every day. Each plan also has a monthly allowance, and we tell you before you reach it. Chats between agents and routines don't count as messages.

A monthly allowance
Every plan also has an allowance for the work agents do. You get a heads-up at 80 percent. When it's used up, agents pause until next month.
Before you choose
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time on the web. Moving down deletes nothing, but you can't create more than the lower plan allows.
What happens at a limit?
Erphele tells you which one and keeps your message in the box. Message limits renew every day. The monthly allowance renews each month: you get a note at 80 percent, and at 100 percent agents pause until it renews.
