Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your devices and sign-in methods secure.

What your agents do

Agents act on your instructions, within the permissions you give them. They run on language models, and models can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Do not use an agent for emergencies, or for medical, legal or financial decisions without a professional.

Anything that sends, publishes or touches your computer asks you first, unless you told an agent it may skip the question for that tool. You are responsible for what you approve.

Your content

What you make is yours. You give Erphele the right to store it, process it, send it to the services that run it (the privacy page lists them) and show it back to you, so the service works. A site you publish, and a link you share, can be seen by whoever has the address.

Do not use Erphele to break the law, harm or harass others, send spam, build malware, publish what you have no right to publish, or get around your plan's limits. We may remove content and close accounts that do. You are responsible for your sites, including what visitors send through their forms.

Plans and payments

Erphele has Free, Pro and Max plans. Pro and Max are billed monthly in US dollars through Polar, our merchant of record, and there is no trial. Cancel in Settings on the web, and the plan keeps working until the period you paid for ends. A full refund ends the plan at once.

Each plan has limits, shown on the pricing page and in the app, and a monthly allowance for the work agents do. When the allowance is used up, agents pause until it renews. We may change limits for a new period, and the app tells you first. The iPhone app never sells a plan: subscribe on the web.

Other companies' services

Erphele works with services from other companies, such as sign-in, language models and payments. Their terms apply to what they do. If you connect your Google account, you can disconnect it in Settings at any time.

Leaving

Delete your account in Settings, Delete account. Your plan ends, and everything is erased and cannot be recovered. We may suspend or end access that puts other people or the service at risk, and we tell you why unless the law says we cannot.

The small print

Erphele is provided as it is, with no promise that it will never fail or lose work. Keep a copy of what matters: Settings can export it. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app tells you before it takes effect. Questions: hi@erphele.com.
